Finnish defence group Summa Defence has sold its subsidiary IntLog Oy to the company’s management for EUR 136,000 as it continues to address severe liquidity pressures, according to
The transaction was completed on 18 September as part of Summa Defence’s strategic review, which was launched in May.
The sale is intended to simplify the group structure and reduce Summa Defence’s future financing needs related to IntLog, a Finnish developer and manufacturer of relocatable and modular facilities.
