DALO to negotiate with Saab over remote weapon systems purchase

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) intends to begin negotiations with Saab AB for the purchase of remote weapon systems.

The purpose of the negotiations is to explore the potential purchase of 26 Trackfire systems for use on Royal Danish Navy ships.

The purchase has a value of up to DKK 334 million, excluding weapons and ammunition. The framework agreement would also allow DALO to purchase additional services and spare parts over the systems' 20-year lifespan.
