Saab and GKN Aerospace have signed a long-term cooperation agreement covering the engine and propulsion system for the Gripen E/F.
The agreement follows a decision by the Swedish government to strengthen national capabilities and expertise relating to the aircraft’s engine. The companies have been tasked with jointly creating the necessary conditions.
