Thales will replace an existing air traffic control radar in the Faroe Islands with a new secondary surveillance radar for Denmark’s Ministry of Defence.
The RSM NG system will be installed at the Sornfelli site under a contract with the Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO), according to a Thales press release.
