Finnish C-UAS company Sensofusion is going public on Nasdaq Helsinki, with trading expected to begin on October 9.
The company is looking to raise EUR 300 million, giving it a pre-money valuation of EUR 1.3 billion.
Sensofusion produces counter-drone technology that detects, jams and destroys drones.
According to Hufvudstadsbladet, Sensofusion does not disclose the identities of its customers, saying only that it defines them as “friendly” states — namely NATO and Western countries.
