Saab and Canada’s Defence Investment Agency have signed a non-binding term-sheet agreement covering the potential acquisition of Saab’s GlobalEye airborne early warning and control system.
The agreement sets the scope for detailed negotiations but does not constitute a contract or a commitment by Canada to buy the aircraft, according to a press release.
