Finland and Ukraine have signed an agreement that could pave the way for Ukrainian drone production in Finland, according to press releases from the Finnish Ministry of Defence and Patria.
The agreement was signed on 23 September by Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy under the so-called Drone Deal format.
