When the 28 metre-long Spectrum rocket blasted through the dark Arctic sky above Norway on Saturday night, it marked a milestone for the European space industry.
Built by German company Isar Aerospace, the rocket, which delivered several satellites into orbit, was the first commercial European rocket launched from mainland Europe.
