Saab has secured a role in a major Australian naval sustainment contract, partnering with Babcock to support the Royal Australian Navy’s Anzac-class frigates.
The Australian government is investing more than AUD 129m, which converts to around EUR 80m, in the five-year agreement. Babcock Australia has been appointed Capability Life Cycle Manager, with Saab Australia as its partner.
