The emerging USV startup Stormborn has moved one step closer to Danish scale production of its unmanned surface vessel, X-WAVE.
This follows the company’s signing last week of a memorandum of understanding with UK-based Babcock, one of Europe’s major defence companies.
The agreement means Stormborn can draw on Babcock’s expertise when the Danish startup begins scaling up production together with its Danish partners, including industry heavyweight Semco Maritime, CEO and founder Frederik Søndergaard Hansen explains.
