Terma is acquiring Danish encryption specialist Dencrypt for a nine-figure sum in Danish kroner, subject to final regulatory approvals.
Danish business daily Børsen reported the deal.
Dencrypt has around 30 employees in Brøndby and Aalborg. Its Connex platform, used by Danish ministries and authorities, changes both its encryption key and algorithm every few seconds and is NATO-accredited for classified data, according to Terma.
