Norwegian shipbuilder lands Danish contract due to "crisis situation"

Denmark has directly awarded a four-month engineering contract to prepare the conversion of a civilian vessel for monitoring critical underwater infrastructure

Denmark has taken another step towards putting its new vessel for surveillance of critical underwater infrastructure into service.

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) has awarded Norwegian shipbuilder Vard a NOK 5.76m contract covering design and engineering work for the conversion.
