The agreement initially runs for a period of four years.

It is divided into two sub-agreements. One covers the rental of modular buildings with an option for subsequent purchase, while the other concerns direct purchase and installation.

Specific assignments will be awarded through mini-competitions. Each assignment will go to the supplier among the five on the relevant sub-agreement that submits the lowest-priced bid.

Across the Danish Realm

- With the new framework agreements, we have gained another important tool in our toolbox when it comes to speed in building up Danish Defence, acting head of the Danish Defence Establishment and Terrain Command Henrik Sørensen said in the press release.

- We can now quickly establish good temporary facilities or light construction wherever we need them — whether that means accommodation in Greenland or offices on Bornholm, he added.

With the framework agreement, Danish Defence gains access to flexible solutions when the country’s army barracks, air bases and naval stations need temporary facilities or light construction in connection with relocations, renovation work or new builds.

Deliveries must be possible throughout the Danish Realm, including Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
