The programme seeks to integrate disruptive technologies from the civil, security and defence sectors to support the development of safer and more resilient societies.

It also aims to accelerate the creation of new defence and security technologies while helping Finnish companies expand their access to international defence markets.

After nearly two years of operation, eALLIANCE has exceeded its initial targets for co-innovation projects and wider collaborative activities, reflecting strong demand across the ecosystem.

The programme's expansion will support the launch of additional co-innovation projects and further development of the ecosystem. Two new work packages have also been introduced, focusing on physical platforms and digital service offerings.
