Saab will divest its Public Safety Solutions business to Norwegian Omda AS.
According to a company statement, completion of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions and is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Carl-Johan Bergholm, head of Saab's Surveillance business area, said the move reflects the company's strategic focus on its defence customers.

Upon completion, Saab will transfer the Public Safety Solutions product unit to Omda, including its software portfolio, customer base and 75 employees.
