Patria has announced a leadership transition at Ilias Solutions, a Belgian defence software companies acquired in 2025.
According to a company statement, Jean-Pierre Wildschut will step down as chief executive officer of Ilias Solutions on 1 July, with Harald Kokelkoren assuming the role.
AdvertisementWildschut will retire at the end of 2026 and, until then, will support the management team in an advisory capacity.
The leadership change has been made "in close coordination with Patria leadership", the Finnish defence company said.
AdvertisementPekka Ruutu, Patria’s executive vice president for Sustainment Solutions, thanked Wildschut for his contribution to both ILIAS Solutions and the wider industry.
- I am confident that Harald Kokelkoren will lead the Ilias Solutions team with equal strength and deliver excellent results in his new role, Ruutu said.

Patria added that continuity in operational management remains a priority as the business continues to execute its growth strategy.
