Danish counter-drone firm expands into Poland

The counter-drone specialist strengthens its presence in one of Europe’s fastest-growing defence markets and appoints an experienced local director

Danish counter-drone specialist MyDefence has opened a new office in Warsaw, expanding its presence in Poland as the country continues to increase investment in defence and air defence capabilities.

The company has appointed Paulina Epler as Country Director for Poland. Epler brings experience from senior roles at Raytheon Polska, Thales Polska and PIT-RADWAR, as well as positions within the Polish Air Force Headquarters and Polish Defence Holding.

MyDefence develops systems designed to detect and counter unmanned aerial systems. The company said the Warsaw office will strengthen engagement with Polish defence authorities, the armed forces and industry partners as demand for counter-drone capabilities continues to grow.

The expansion comes as Poland remains one of Europe’s most active defence markets, driven by sustained investment and an increased focus on strengthening military capabilities amid evolving security challenges.
