The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority on Thursday approved the establishment of a joint venture in Denmark between Terma and Kongsberg Aviation Maintenance Services.
The proposed entity will focus on maintenance, repair and overhaul services for military airborne platforms and associated systems, initially in Denmark and, over time, potentially across the Nordic region.

The venture will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul support, primarily covering line maintenance and, to a lesser extent, heavy maintenance for military airborne platforms and associated systems across the Kingdom of Denmark.
