The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) has awarded a contract for fire and rescue vehicles to Austria-based Rosenbauer International, a manufacturer of firefighting systems and equipment.
The contract has an estimated value of approximately DKK 25 million and may run for up to 10 years.
AdvertisementThe procurement covers vehicles for both domestic use and international support. According to the tender material, part of the fleet is expected to be donated to Moldova between 2026 and 2036. The first two vehicles are scheduled for delivery in 2026.

The agreement includes options for up to 20 additional vehicles over the contract period, alongside associated equipment such as rescue tools, spare parts packages and training.
